My wife Barbara, and son Aaron, and I relocated from Buena Vista, Colorado, to Frisco, Colorado in 2000. Our love of the mountains, as well as easy access to Lake Dillon and the three rivers feeding the lake, brought us to Summit County to pursu  e some dreams!
With over 38 years in the ownership and management aspects of film and video production, and electronics manufacturing, I made the decision to pursue my second passion - real estate sales and development.
Since 2003, I have enjoyed helping many clients find, negotiate and purchase and/or sell their mountain resort home.
I approach each transaction with the same zeal and attention to detail that I and my wife, Barbara, have applied to all of our personal real estate transactions over the past 35 years. I don't call this 'work'. Instead, I consider the time I put into helping my clients as a duty to make sure their best interests are protected and building relationships for years to come.
And, I can do all this while living in this very special part of God's creation! We have a saying here in Summit County - "People come for the winters and stay for the summers." I look forward to meeting you and your family during your next visit. |
